Erdinc Rejects Toon..

Newcastle yet again have failed to secure a striker that they desperately need to bolster their attack. Erdinc's agent has confrimed that the player is determined to stay at PSG.

Pierre Frelot told The Journal: “He will not be going to Newcastle. The player decided not to move and he is staying in Paris for next season.”

Newcastle will have to move on and turn their attentions elsewhere, Shane long has been linked heavily the last couple of weeks but there's no concrete evidence.

Both Gameiro and Erdinc have snubbed Newcastle and the club will have to move onto Plan C now. No names have surfaced yet and the fans are getting impatient with Newcastle's failings to secure their main targets.

The timing couldn't be more awful, PSG have recently been taken over by multi-billionaires and surely that must have had some play in Erdinc's decision to stay.

Newcastle still have a month and half left in the window but missing out on our main targets may concern many fans.

However, Newcastle can only hope for new developments in the window and hope some players become available that might be worth a shout.
